Pelham Parks & Recreation is dedicated to fostering the physical, social, and emotional well-being of children by offering a variety of programs and activities. These diverse opportunities encourage kids to stay active, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

Learn to Play Archery

Date: April 12, 19, 26 & May 3
Day: Sundays
Time: Session 1 - 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Session 2- 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $15/child
Age: 8-12 yrs
Location: Oak Mountain State Park-Red Bud Pavilion

Archery is one of the fastest growing sports not only in high school but the country.  This 4 - week program, led by a certified instructor, will teach your child focus and discipline, while learning range safety, equipment and shooting techniques.  Each week will focus on a different topic and build upon the lessons learned from the previous week.  Entry to the park paid for in registration.  Equipment provided by Oak Mountain State Park.
