Registration is open for the annual Pelham Parks & Recreation contest to see which scarecrows are up to the challenge and which are full of fluff. Scarecrows in the Park is open to any Pelham resident, business, or organization. Use your imagination and start planning your scarecrow now. The deadline to register is November 8th.
