Jay and Lynn Roberson, owners of Capers Comfort Foods, are the executive chef and catering director for our city. The Robersons have years of professional experience, a strong commitment to customer service, and of course, a real talent for creating wonderful food tailored to your event.
The Robersons provide catering services for all City of Pelham facilities, and are available for off-site catering for groups and special events. Having this level of food service will make planning your function in Pelham fun and easy. You can meet with everyone involved from the first meeting, and we can tailor our food services to meet your budget.
