The Pelham Ice Arena's two National Hockey League-sized rinks host more than 27,000 ice skaters each year – from beginners to seasoned professionals. We're home to The Birmingham Figure Skating Club and the Pelham Youth Hockey League, and offer dedicated ice-time for the recreational ice skater, figure skater or hockey player. We also provide skate rental for our popular public ice skating sessions. Starting at just $12 a class, our Skate School will sharpen skills and provide thrills for students as young as 3 years old. Group or private lessons are available. The Pelham Civic Complex is central Alabama’s favorite place to ice skate.
